  • Terms of delivery and responsibility

    The products purchased on the Site are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate "shipping data". The delivery is made to be carried out when the ordered goods enter the customer or the person who has delegated to the retreat.

     The flow of orders evasion is managed by Colavita which undertakes to entrust the courier the products ordered within 48 hours of the conclusion of the order. In the case called terms they cannot be respected (e.g. products not present in the warehouse), Colavita undertakes to contact the customer through the way that allows the greater timeliness to warn it and report when the goods can be delivered. Once the products are sent, the customer will receive a confirmation email in which the shipping tracking will be reported.

     Delivery is made by courier on weekdays from Monday to Friday. The courier's delivery times are generally 24/48h. Colavita is not responsible for non -predictable delays or not attributable to it or for any damage, losses, costs, incorrect and/or non -delivery of the products due by causes of force majeure or fortuitous chance (e.g. natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes , accidents etc.)

     The shipping service includes two delivery attempts at the address indicated at the time of the order. A warning will be left after each step. To the second delivery attempt empty, or in the case of incorrect address details, the courier will contact the recipient by telephone to the telephone number indicated during the order, to agree on delivery. If these are not traceable or is absent, the goods will return to the warehouse and the customer will be charged with the delivery costs of the products. In no case is the reimbursement of the shipping cost.
