400 g leafy green vegetables

Bring the water to a boil and stir it into the polenta vigorously.
Generously oil a shallow baking tray and spread the polenta with a spoon, keeping it about 1 cm thick.
Bake at 250°C for about 30 minutes, until the “pizza” is crisp.
Meanwhile, clean the vegetables and sauté them in a pan with olive oil, the garlic clove, and two spicy peppers.
Cut the polenta pizza into rectangles and serve alongside the sautéed vegetables.
