At an event held at Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome, dedicated to Italy’s candidacy for UNESCO recognition of its cuisine, Enrico delivered a heartfelt speech on the commitment to spreading the authentic flavors of Italian tradition across the globe. With pride, he highlighted our remarkable expansion, especially in the U.S., and our collaboration with the Culinary Institute of America.

Over 10 million kilowatt-hours of solar energy have been produced, preventing the emission of 75,000 tons of CO2—a major step forward in reducing our global carbon footprint.
