Rice Pudding

Riso con il latte

Lemon, vanilla, cinnamon… a dessert that tastes like home! A simple and creamy dish from Molise, perfect for breakfast or as a sweet end to a meal.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 350 g Colavita Rice

  • 1 L milk

  • 60 g sugar

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 vanilla pod

  • Ground cinnamon

Heat the milk in a small saucepan and, just before it comes to a boil, add the rice, sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla pod.


Stir until the rice is cooked, about 20 minutes, and the milk is absorbed.


Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
