1 cup Colavita Polenta

6 cups water

5 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Raspberry Glaze with “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” Colavita
Bring the water to a boil in a pot and slowly add the polenta.
Reduce the heat to low and stir for about 5 minutes.
Serve the polenta on a plate, creating a small well in the center.
Heat the honey with the raspberry glaze and pour the mixture into the well.
Serve once everything has cooled.
