Polenta with Raspberry Glaze

Polenta con Glassa al Lampone

Authentic flavors of Molise, straight to your table! Polenta with vincotto is a traditional Molisan recipe, enriched by the sweet-and-sour touch of Raspberry Glaze with “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” Colavita.

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 cup Colavita Polenta

  • 6 cups water

  • 5 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon Raspberry Glaze with “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” Colavita

Bring the water to a boil in a pot and slowly add the polenta.


Reduce the heat to low and stir for about 5 minutes.


Serve the polenta on a plate, creating a small well in the center.


Heat the honey with the raspberry glaze and pour the mixture into the well.


Serve once everything has cooled.
