Waffles with Summer Fruit and Greek Yogurt

Are you ready for a dream breakfast? Imagine freshly baked waffles, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, ready to welcome a cascade of fresh fruit and creamy Greek yogurt. 🥛🍓 The perfect combination of sweetness and freshness to make your day even more special!

Ingredients for 2–4 people

  • 180 g Colavita all-purpose flour

  • 190 ml whole milk

  • 80 g Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 60 g fine sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • Fruit of your choice

Wash and cut the fruit.

Crack the eggs and beat them well together with the sugar, oil, and milk.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, then add to the mixture, stirring thoroughly.

Brush the waffle iron well with oil. Heat it over medium flame and add 2–3 ladles of batter, leaving 2 mm of space from the edge. Close the iron and cook for about 2 minutes per side, until fully golden.

Top with yogurt and fresh fruit before serving.
